Directions:

  1. Mix all ingred. together to form soft 3 inch x 1/2 inch patties (add flour if needed)
  2. Dredge patties in flour
  3. Fry in butter or shallow oil til browned on both sides and cooked thru
  4. Serve as is or with sour cream and/or apple sauce.
