Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges
  2. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets
  3. Peel and slice onions very thin, seperate into rings
  4. Peel and slice zucini
  5. Add carrots
  6. Sprinkle liberaly with Jane
  7. Sprinkle olive oil and vinegar over all.
  8. Toss veggies so they are all coated with oil and vinegar. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving.
  9. These look beautiful arranged on a plate and once you start eating them you just keep wanting more. They have an addictive flavor and if you gotta be addicted isn't it nice to have something so healthy to become addicted to? You can serve these with almost anything or just have as a snack.
