Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese
  • 2 eggs (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch oregano

Directions:

  1. Boil the macaroni until soft. Do not overboil. Allow macaroni to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, cheese, chopped onions, salt, black pepper, hot sauce, chopped sweet pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Beat the eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the macaroni with the mayonnaise mixture.
  5. Place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the macaroni, evenly. Garnish the macaroni with cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle oregano over the breadcrums.
  7. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes or until it it set.
