Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and water and pour into an 8x4 loaf pan.
  2. Combine and mix thoroughly the rest of ingredients.
  3. Press into loaf pan over sauce mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
  5. Turn out onto platter; bottom side will become the top.
