Ingredients:

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 small capsicum

Directions:

  1. Cut all the Vegetables lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil & do the seasoning .Add Onions fry till translucent.
  3. Add ginger paste ,potatoes ,salt,tumeric & cover to
  4. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Mix in tomatoes ,cook till juice wilts from tomatoes.
  6. Add coriander ,chilli powder
  7. Mix in macaroni pasta & adjust the seasoning.
