Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into chip-like shapes
  2. Put into large bowl and mix in other ingredients
  3. Mix them with hand until they are properly coated
  4. Put them on a non-stick baking tray and pop into an oven at about gas mark 8 (230 C)
  5. Bake for 20 mins and check if they are soft.
  6. If not, leave in oven and check every 5 mins.
  7. Serve hot with Thai Chilli Sauce
