Macaroni and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 -3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Add salt and oil to the water you are boiling macaroni inches.
  2. Do not cook macaroni to mushy stage.
  3. Drain and rinse.
  4. Add celery and green onions.
  5. Dressing:.
  6. Shake together ingredients in a container until almost foamy.
  7. Add to macaroni and shrimp and chill for several hours before serving.
