  1. Blend the following: then let it set for a few minutes
  2. 2 tablespoons mustard.
  3. 2 tablespoons vinegar.
  4. Then add the following:.
  5. 2 cups vinegar.
  6. 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  7. 1 teaspoons salt.
  8. 1 teaspoons accent.
  9. 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt.
  10. 1 tablespoons parsley flakes.
  11. Slice one onion and 1 cucumber (peeled) and add to the above mixture. Mix good to cover macaroni. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight to marinate.
