Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil Macaroni - Take off heat when 1/2 cooked.
  2. Drain and Save Water.
  3. Use Macaroni Water to Make Powdered Milk.
  4. Mix Milk, Eggs, Margarine, Macaroni, and 1/2 Cheese into Casserole Dish.
  5. Spread Remaining Cheese on Top.
  6. Let Sit at Room Temperature for 30 Minutes.
  7. Cook at 350 Until Heated Through.
