Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Blend all crust ingredients at low speed until crumbly.
  4. Press half (about 3 cups) into pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Combine caramel and flour, set aside.
  7. Sprinkle warm crust with chocolate chips.
  8. Drizzle with caramel mixture; sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  9. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until filling sets.
  11. Cut into bars and enjoy!
