Low Sodium Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Add chopped onions, saute until clear.
  3. Add brick of frozen chopped broccoli.
  4. Cover pan to help heat melt down/break up broccoli brick.
  5. Stir in can of soup.
  6. Stir in grated cheese.
  7. Once items above are well combined, add cooked white rice.
  8. Let simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
