Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast the pepper and let sit covered for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard the core and seeds.
  3. Remove skin and charred bitties.
  4. Puree pepper and garlic in food processor.
  5. Blend in vinegar, salt and pepper, basil and oil.
  6. Whisk in water.
