Low Fat Pumkin Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp splenda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350oF
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy.
  3. Bake for 30 min.
  4. Chill or eat hot- however you like it
