Low Fat Chicken Dippers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice chicken breast into long strips, about one inch wide.
  3. Beat egg whites with a fork in a medium bowl.
  4. Add chicken strips and stir until thoroughly coated.
  5. Combine spices& corn flakes in a small bowl.
  6. Dump onto a plate or shallow baking pan.
  7. Coat chicken on both sides with corn flake mixture.
  8. Place on baking sheet lightly greased with Pam cooking spray.
  9. Once all chicken has been coated& placed on pan, spray lightly with Pam.
  10. (This makes the chicken dippers even crispier.) Bake for 10 minutes.
  11. Flip dippers.
  12. Bake for 10 minutes on other side or until chicken is cooked through.
  13. Serve with plum or bbq sauce.
