Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Puree the chicken livers, eggs and molasses.
  2. Together in a food processor.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9 x 9 baking pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400º for 25 to 30 minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the.
  6. Refrigerator. Freeze any amount that will not be consumed in 4 to 5 days.
