Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 -150 ml milk
  • oil (for deep frying)

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  2. Add the egg and milk and stir.
  3. Grate the apples and mix with cinnamon.
  4. Combine everything together.
  5. Drop from spoon into hot oil and deep fry.
  6. Dust with powder sugar and serve.
