Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raspberries , cuisanart (optional)
  • 1/8 cup sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add the dry ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
  2. Next, add the egg and mix thouroughly.
  3. Pour in the milk, vanilla and oil. Stir.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large coffee mug.
  5. Drop the chocolate chips into the center of the mixture.
  6. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  7. The cake will rise over the mug, but don't be alarmed.
  8. Allow it to cool a bit and tip it out onto a plate if you wish. Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top and enjoy.
