Light And Tasty Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf cornbread ( i make from 1 boxed jiffy corn muffin )
  • 1 cup toasted dhopped pecan
  • 2 tsp evoo
  • 2 large chopped onion
  • 3/4 raisin
  • 1 cup fat free chicken broth ( home made if you have)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cube the cornbread, bake it until dried( stale)
  2. Preheat the oven 350
  3. Cooked the onion with evoo until translucent,
  4. Mixed all the ingredient baked for 15 min
