Light and Fluffy Pancake Mix

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups flour
  • 2 2/3 cups instant milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup water or 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. MIX:.
  2. Combine and mix thoroughly all ingredients in a large bowl; place in an airtight container.
  3. Use within 6 months; store in a cool, dry place.
  4. PANCAKES:.
  5. Blend all ingredients well in a bowl (add more water for thinner pancakes OR less water for thicker pancakes).
  6. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Pour batter onto griddle and when bubbles appear on the top and begin to break, flip the pancake.
