Lemon Pepper Tilapia Filet

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Thaw tilapia in cool water.
  2. Heat pan on medium heat.
  3. Add oil to pan.
  4. When the oil runs, add the tilapia to the pan.
  5. Pour 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkler half the pepper.
  7. Cook 5 minutes or until the bottom is white and flaky.
  8. Turn over. Add remaining lemon and pepper.
  9. Cook 5 minutes or until the bottom is white and flaky.
  10. Serve over rice and veggies.
