Ingredients:

  • 1 lb crab fingers
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup scallion
  • 1 cup celery
  • 4 cloves garlic (4-10)

Directions:

  1. Mix all together, pour over crab fingers and chill for two hours.
