Lemon Dijon Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus , woody ends snapped off
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook asparagus in boiling water until crisp-tender or as desired.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter.
  3. Add lemon juice, mustard and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Place asparagus in serving dish, drizzle with butter mixture and toss to coat.
