Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve stock cube in water. Add capers, and lemon juice. Pour liquids into baking dish and place Mahi Mahi in dish. Cover with foil. Bake until fish is tender and flaky. Remove from baking dish to a plate. Pour liquids into a small sauce pan and cook until reduced. Pour reduced sauce onto fish.
  2. Note: can also thicken using a little cornstarch.
