Lemon Caper Chicken

I got this recipe when I worked at a restaurant in Iowa. You can alter the spices to your taste. All ingredients are eye balled.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
olive oil
flour
capers
garlic
white wine
herbs
salt and pepper (not to much)
Directions:
1. Bring oil to med/hi heat.
2. Dredge chicken in flour.
3. Heat chicken until 80-90 percent cooked.
4. Drain oil.
5. For sauce.
6. add white wine about 1/2 way up the side of the pan.
7. Pour in everything else.
8. Reduce down to almost a glaze on the chicken.
9. Serve over rice.
