Lemon-Buttered Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • to taste paprika

Directions:

  1. Arrange fillets in shallow 1-1/2-quart oval micro-type casserole or glass pie plate. Dot with butter.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Use HIGH cycle and cook 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is opaque. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
