Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup barley
  • 2 cups turkey
  • 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese

Directions:

  1. Toss everything in a crockpt.
  2. Boil on low for 7 hours.
  3. Serve with cottage cheese.
