Very versatiile, just change the ingredients with whatever you have leftover. For example barley change to rice, peas change to corn. Turkey change to meat is meat. It's all good.
Ingredients:
6 cups water
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1 cup carrot
1 cup celery
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup barley
2 cups turkey
1 1/4 cups cottage cheese
Directions:
1. toss everything in a crockpt.
2. boil on low for 7 hours.
3. serve with cottage cheese.
