Lean and Mean Grilled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle some of your favorite Mexican seasoning (Cumin, Adobe from Goya, Chili Powder, etc) onto the chicken breasts and then grill about 6-7 minutes a side.
  2. Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to cool. When chicken has cooled so it's warm to the touch, chop into bite size pieces.
  3. Combine the chopped chicken breast with the cilantro and salsa in a medium bowl, tossing well to combine.
  4. Place two spoonfuls on each whole wheat tortilla and top with tomato, cheese, avocado, lettuce, and sour cream.
