Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder.
  2. Spread evenly over serving dish.
  3. Sprinkle chopped onion and green pepper over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle chopped tomato over onion & green pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over tomato.
  6. Drizzle taco sauce evenly over mixture.
  7. Place shredded lettuce over top.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
