Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread refried beans in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Add taco seasoning mix, taco sauce, water, salsa, and simmer until it starts to thicken.
  3. Pour ground beef mixture over refried beans.
  4. Whip cream cheese and sour cream together.
  5. Spread over beef mixture as best you can.
  6. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and green onions over the top.
  7. Cover with grated cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
