Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef until lightly browned.
  2. Add garlic powder, 1 T parsley, basil, tomatoes, tomato paste and salt to taste; simmer, uncovered, until thick, about 45 minutes.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 2 T parsley, parmesan and pepper.
  4. In 13 X 9 pan layer noodles (no need to cook the noodles first), meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture and mozzarella; repeat layers.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
