  1. Brown ground beef with onions and green peppers.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until the onions and green peppers are tender, approximately 20 minutes.
  4. If serving immediately, let stand for about 5 minutes to allow cheese to set up just a bit.
