Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat and onion; drain well.
  2. Add seasoned salt and cumin.
  3. Combine beans, taco seasoning mix and Monterey Jack cheese; mix well.
  4. Spread beans in a shallow baking dish (9x13); cover with meat mixture.
  5. Sorinkle chilies over meat; scatter with crushed tortilla chips; top with Cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour taco sauce (or salsa) over cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Garnish as desired.
