Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Cover& simmer 10-20 minutes (LOW heat).
  4. Pour into a loaf pan.
  5. Cool and then cut into thin pieces.
  6. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
