Ingredients:

  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In a dish with a lid whisk together water, cornmeal, salt& pepper.
  3. Cover and bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, add milk, butter, marjoram, adjust seasonings with salt& pepper, whisk until smooth.
  5. Serve.
