Lancaster County Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Stir in milk and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time.
  4. Bake on a hot griddle until bubbly.
  5. Flip and bake until done.
