Korean Bulgogi Marinated Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mince garlic & mix all ingredients with the steak strips.
  2. Let marinate for 2 hours refrigerated or overnight.
  3. Pan fry or grill steaks until done.
