Directions:

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate meat overnight.
  2. Broil or grill steak for 12-15 minutes until done to your taste.
  3. Cut across grain into 1 1/2 inch thin strips.
  4. Combine vegetables.
  5. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables.
  6. Serve steak over salad.
