Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups milk
  • 10 or so slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Saute butter and onions
  2. Stir in flour and spices,
  3. Add broth, cheese, potatos, add milk,
  4. Simmer, add bacon at the end
