Kick Butt Shrimp!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and shrimp and wash them under cold water. Be careful not to overwork them!
  2. Pour all ingredients including shrimp into a large zip lock bag and coat shrimp then store them in the frig. for 15 minutes.
  3. While the shrimp are resting place your grill on medium/low and wipe it with olive oil to keep the shrimp from sticking.
  4. After 15 min place the shrimp on the grill and be sure to space them out about a inch apart.
  5. Cook for about 3 min on each side or until they are just firm.
  6. Remove and place over buttery GARLIC bread which I also cook on the grill. Do all these steps and your last one will be WOW! Pair this with seasoned ranch.For extra heat I rub toasty bread with jalapenos!
