Ingredients:

  1. Mix the dry together; whisk the wet together.
  2. Make a well in the dry and add the wet. Gently whisk them together with a few switft strokes. (The batter should have a pebbled look, similar to a muffin batter.)
  3. Fold in whatever you want - we did nothing, but the Joy suggests raisins, blueberries, raspberries, nuts, bananas, cheese, coconut, or grated semisweet chocolate.
  4. Make on waffle iron. Yum.
