Easy Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp maple extract (or vanilla extract)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients very well using a hand mixer. Let stand while your waffle iron heats up.
  2. Cook according to your waffle iron.
