Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash beans.
  2. In large pot boil beans with ham hocks.
  3. Cook until beans start to break up, approximately 1 hour.
  4. Remove hocks and grind or chop meat.
  5. Return meat to pot and add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Simmer 1 hour.
