This Jiffy Breakfast is a great way to begin the morning. It has all your favorite breakfast things like eggs, cheese, and ham. And lastly, it only takes you a little amount of time to make. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
a mug
1 egg
2 slices of ham (deli cuts work best)
2 tablespoons of shredded cheese (cheese of your choice)
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
cooking spray
1 slice of toast
olive oil (optional)
Directions:
1. Grease your mug with a light layer of cooking spray
2. Add olive oil if using
3. Lay 2 slices of ham on bottom of the mug
4. crack and egg on top of that (make sure you make a little hole in the egg yolk)
5. then, add the cheese
6. Finally, add your pinch of salt and pepper
7. Cover the mug with some plastic wrap (poke 1-2 holes)
8. Cook for 2 minutes on High in the microwave
9. Let sit for a few minutes and enjoy!
10. Serve with toast with your favorite butter or jelly
