  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 -10 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Peel the fruit and drop into the blender pitcher.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Add more ice if you like it frosty!
