Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First add 2 tbsp's of oil into a medium heated pan. Saute ham, garlic, onions and potatoes and add a dash of seasoning salt. Once ham appears to be browning, pour scrambled egg mixture into pan. Mix all incredients together until done. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cover until melted. We put the egg mixture into flour tortillas.
  2. Enjoy!
