Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350;
  2. Slice banans into an 8X8 pan;
  3. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over bananas;
  4. Dot bananas with 1/2 stick of butter;
  5. Make the topping;
  6. Cream the butter and the peanut butter;
  7. Add the sugars and mix thoroughly;
  8. Add in the egg and vanilla; stir!
  9. Mix the flour and the baking soda;
  10. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients;
  11. Blend thoroughly;
  12. Lightly drop dollops of the topping mixture over the banana mixture, covering the top of the cobbler;
  13. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
