Banana Bread.... Banana Bomb Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl add flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl add butter and brown sugar and mix well.
  5. Stir in egg, bananas and apple sauce blend together.
  6. Pour into loaf pan, bake for 60 to 65 minutes, stick with a toothpick in the middle of the loaf until it comes out clean.
  7. Let cool, then turn on to serving plate.
