Grandma Ds Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and Granulated Sugar, add the peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and egg, mix
  2. Mix Soda, Flour & Salt together, then add slowly to peanut butter mixture
  3. Roll into small balls
  4. Press gently with fork
  5. Bake on 375 degrees for 8 -10 minutes - do not over cook!
  6. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 1 - 2 minutes
  7. Optional - nuts, or chips (chocolate, peanut butter, etc)
