Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in fry pan and saute the garlic & onion until soft (5 minutes).
  2. In a bowl mix the onion/garlic with the creamcheese, parmesan, salt & pepper.
  3. Stir to blend.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Fill Jalapenos with the cheese mixture.
  6. Dip Jalapenos in the egg white nd then in the crumbs, coating them well.
  7. Place cut side up on a baking try, lightly spray with cooking oil.
  8. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp & golden.
  9. Spoon a little salsa on each & serve immidiately.
